Jay Fowler~ Jay is a lifelong resident of Allendale, NJ where he lives in the house that he grew-up in. His professional career was in Commercial/Industrial Construction serving as President of Arthur B. Fowler, Inc. Throughout his adult life he has been extremely active in the not-for -profit world, serving on Boards and Committees of numerous organizations. As a veteran, the mission of Unbridled Heroes Project in near and dear to his heart.
Patrick Coyle~Patrick Coyle is the Vice President and CFO of Eisai Inc., the U.S. pharmaceutical subsidiary of Eisai Co., Ltd and he is responsible for leading Eisai’s financial operations in the U.S. and Canada. He is a seasoned financial professional who has more than two decades of experience in financial planning and analysis, operations and strategy development from his tenure at several prominent healthcare companies. Before joining Eisai, he served as Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis at INSMED Inc. Previously, he held positions of increasing responsibility in the Finance departments at Novartis, Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals, Sun Chemical and Computer Horizons Corporation.
Bree De Beau~Born in upstate New York, Bree has always had a deep connection with nature, and a love for animals. She began bringing injured or abandoned animals home at a very young age. To date, she has rescued over 50 pups, and continues to help find forever homes for dogs in need. She is beyond thrilled to be bringing rescue pups into Unbridled. Bree is certified in Vinyasa Yoga and has specialized training in trauma, abuse, domestic violence and addiction. She is also a certified health coach and revels in helping to heal from the inside out. Her passion for spreading compassion and working with those in need, is what keeps her heart so full.
Ashlee Palmieri ~Ashlee Palmieri is the Senior Vice President at J Strategies. She develops strategic, comprehensive campaigns that make an impact and help clients achieve their legislative and public relations goals. She also serves as the Vice President of the Kyle Palmieri Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to giving back to military members and their families. Before joining the J Strategies team, Ashlee gained legislative experience interning in both the U.S Senate and New York State Senate and working on several state political campaigns.
Rose Bogert~Rose spent a decade working for the executive producer of Great Performances at Channel Thirteen in NYC, with a promotion to PBS corporate working on newly developed television shows, and coordinating with corporate sponsors. Rose discovered meditation in her twenties, and has studied several healing modalities. She is certified in Kriya Yoga and Meditation technique and has spent the last fifteen years in the learning and practice of Qi Gong and Tai Chi. Rose has had a lifelong relationship with horses, and totally enjoys being with the incredible Unbridled herd.
Jack Bogwald~ Born and raised in New Jersey, Jack built his career in the limousine business; a profession that allowed him to drive people to their destination while embracing human connections. It was his daughter Lea’s passion for horses that guided him to Mark and Amy Steppe. “I believe the universe connected us for a reason; together we could join forces to rescue more wild mustangs and build a healing center for veterans and unbridled heroes… It feels as if we are still all driving my limousine, this time towards our dreams.”
Ryan Convertini~ Ryan grew up down the road from Villa Marie Claire and now lives in Park Slope, Brooklyn. He works for a digital healthcare company where they are currently focused on producing wellness content for the veteran community, so joining the UHP was a perfect fit. Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors, specifically skiing and surfing. He comes from a family of equestrians, so being around horses is second nature to him.
Amy McGrath~ Amy McGrath was born and raised in northern New Jersey and is a lifelong friend of Unbridled Heroes Project founder Amy Steppe. She works in finance and volunteers as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate, advocating for the needs of abused and neglected children in the child welfare system. Amy is passionate about helping children who have experienced trauma overcome the challenges associated with it so that they may thrive. She is excited to partner with The Unbridled Heroes Project to help them achieve their mission, which closely aligns with this passion, and looks forward to helping them have a positive impact on our community.
